The Supra Anthology:
Supra has been together since 1996. Over that time, we've shot and released 12 volumes, including a "Outtakes..." version full of the stuff you usually don't get to see. Here is a rundown of each volume. Check them all out, or jump to a particular volume by clicking the corresponding link. Enjoy!

Supra Stupid

Supra Improv

We just picked up the camera and made up skits on the spot, they were funny to us, but not really anyone else.

Supra

Supra started in the summer of 96 with improv skits. From there a sound mixer was added and Supra skits were born. The set up was simple, one camera, a sound mixer, and a VCR. No dialogue, no scripts, no planning, no anything, just picking up the camera and doing whatever we thought was funny. Just to show you how bad our sketches were back then, we linked one from this volume below.

Supra: Gold

Supra Gold was the second supra tape. It's full of artsy films and school projects. While Gold did have some technical achievements, it just didn't deliver in the comedy department. The flying baseball video is a huge accomplishment, considering it was done with two VCR's and a sound mixer. Suzuki the Ninja, the first video on Gold, was done on a 'thumbs up thumbs down' editor, which sucked, and it was returned the next day. Gold featured Noah, who helped develope Supra's shirts. He helped out a little bit more on DX, then decided to call it quits. Gold was where we finally started editing our videos, which gave us more options because we actually didn't have to do everything in one take. Gold definitely benefits from the DVD format, since you can skip almost all of it and watch the few good things that it offers.

Supra: Rarities

Though it may seem at times that our comedic judgement is very low, we still know when to say enough is enough. These video's were so bad that they didn't deserve to be put on a particular volume, so we made rarities. If you thought we were bad before, then you haven't seen the pinnacle of badness. After you see these, you will say to yourself, "man, I could do that!" Done between Gold and DX, these videos will make you shake your head and leave the room.

Supra: DX

Dx was definetely character driven. Many great characters came out of DX. Supra's newest volume was a leap forward from Gold, and with DX we started to get things right. Hailed by many as their favorite volume, DX put Supra on the map. It was also the first volume to be seen on Public Access television. Dozens, maybe even 2 dozen, saw the broadcast throughout the Sacramento area!

Supra: Your Ad Here

Supra said goodbye to the two-VCR set up and edited 'Your Ad Here' using the Sacramento Public Access facilities. It was a step up in quality, but still far from professional. 'Your Ad Here' was also seen on Public Access television. Some of Supra's most memorable videos came out of this volume.

Supra: Relaunch

After a long hiatus, Supra came back in a big way. Armed with a brand new Digital Camera and their trademark brand of 'stupid' humor, the Supra cast set out to take Sacramento Public Access by storm. Would they succeed...? Who knows! Public Access can't keep track of ratings! We think it's funny, though!

Supra: Galactic

With the success of Supra Relaunch on public access, we went right to work putting together our next volume, Supra Galactic. This is the first volume we have put out without using any of our old characters. All of the characters in this volume (with the exception of the 'Bad Actors' video) are brand new to the Supra library. With this new volume, we utilized new editing techniques and new shooting locations, to bring a whole new look to our videos. We also got excellent help from new cast members, most noteably: Thierry Mukaz. Another fun volume with a few laughs!
